Procedures for doing a handover (predecessor)

1. Put a check by the recipient you want to hand over
   
   
   
2. Click "Hand over to colleague".
   
   
   
3. Enter "Colleague to hand over to" and "Colleague's email".
   
   
   The successor will receive a request email from Bill One.
   
   
4. Click "Send handover email".
   
   
   
5. Click "Yes".
   
   
   "Sent." will be displayed when the process is done.

The handover is now complete.

Procedures for receiving a handover (successor)

1. Click "Start the handover procedure" in the email from the predecessor.
2. Check the company name, person's name, and email on the displayed page.
   • Edit the information as necessary.
   • If you already have an account, click "Already have an account?" and finish the handover by logging in.
3. Click "Create account".

The handover is now complete.
